 The Roof Cleaning Process

 

Preparing your property

 

Wherever possible we disconnect your down pipes before cleaning commences to prot ect your underground drains.

Our flexible hoses redirect all rinsed detergent / debris to our drainage sieves.

 
How we clean roofs

Our unique detergent based process removes years of contamination from the tiles - allowing the debris to be rinsed off.

Existing down pipes are disconnected or sieves are placed in the down pipes to ensure no further sludge or debris can be washed into the existing soakaways.


 

 

 

 The rinsing process

Detergent is applied to lift the majority of contamination from the tiles.

We then pressure wash the roof removing years of moss, lichen, grime and stains.

specially designed spray lances/nozzles means that the pressure used is kept at a safe level

Once the roof is clean and all visible evidence of contamination is removed we apply the specifically formulated spore inhibitor to delay re-growth.

 

 

All gutters, fascias and bargeboards are cleaned at the end of the process
